I was happy with the service for my issue regarding rats. Eric Jerome explained everything and handled the problem.
What I'm not happy with is that Eric told me someone would be here on July 1st between 12 and 2 to inspect the areas and see if the rat was caught. I texted Eric and called him when know one showed he didn't respond. I then called Terminx and was told no appointment was scheduled to return. Why would someone tell you there is a follow up and then there isn't???
I'm just wondering now if the follow up for two weeks is going to occur? I'm s widow and expect the service I was told I would get!
My “Bug Guy” Charles is awesome! He always gives me a heads-up before he comes out, he answers all of my questions, and is very knowledgeable. I haven’t seen a living bug in my house for several years! Whatever Charles is doing works! Thanks Charles and Terminix!

During an employee shortage, I complained that there were to many different people coming to service my property. I called and I now have one consistent and excellent service person. Chase Resendez. I watch him work and he was more thorough then any other. He made sure that I would not have problems with Mosquitos because I am allergic to them.
Chase and Martin really take care of my property. The main number is a bit slow. I got a text one minute before chase showed up to my house. It would be more helpful if it’s at least 45 mins before they arrive
