Terminix sent Dalton to us to help resolve a swarm of yellow jackets on our deck. He was able to dust the area, and they are gone. He also sprayed inside our house and did a treatment to get rid of a mouse in our garage. He was very thorough and helpful. Most of all, he was nice, and we are glad to have him as our technician.
Steve was very quick to come to our home and to remove our baldfaced hornet's nest. We hadn't noticed it forming before we left for our summer vacation week and when we returned, it was huge. Being very high up, it was difficult and dangerous for us to remove. Steve had enough of the wasp killer solution in his backpack sprayer and could reach into the nest to spray the colony, which he did several times as he knocked down pieces of the nest. A few hornets remained over the next 2 days, but then disappeared as he said they would. He was willing, however, to return if problems persisted. All in all, this was a great experience and no one was stung. Good thing too as I'm allergic and so happy that I didn't need to use my Epipen.
Terminix does a good job keeping away termites and pests; however, they are very expensive!

The only reason I gave that feedback was because of my technician Stephen he’s the best. He’s always on time. He always lets me know what he’s doing. He’s thorough. He’s got a great personality. He knows what he’s talking about. He’s always very pleasant and always does a 100% great job.
but as far as billing goes, I’m always getting notices that they’re gonna cancel my contract because I don’t pay I pay the same day. I get my pest control treatment while he’s still out in the driveway. It goes to the managers office through my online banking and they’re always screwing up. They never get it to where it’s supposed to go when I’m getting all these threatening letters and I’m getting tired of it.

Blake has been servicing my son’s apartment for years now. It’s a joy to have his visits. He’s excellent at keeping bugs out and best customer service. Our tech, Wayne Pratt, is an experienced and knowledgeable service provider. He is courteous and professional in accomplishing his pest control service. This past service we didn't see him -- he was in and out so quickly, but we received his service summary paperwork. We're pleased.
