Our technician is excellent. He routinely sends a message 4 or 5 days in advance of our appointment and gladly makes changes in time or day if necessary. His work is thorough and reliable and he always asks if we have any concerns and when he is leaving, he always says “call me if you need anything.” We are very satisfied.
