In all the years I have been a Terminix customer, I have nothing but positive comments about this company. I always receive prior notification of upcoming service dates from the technician followed by a detailed report of actions taken and explanations of any special service needed. When I have any questions, I can call the office to get answers or explanations about issues.
Your technicians always schedule on time and if I can’t make it on that day, they always reschedule within a short time.
Joshua does a good job. Always sends a reminder when it’s time for a treatment. Will txt if he is running late, or is on his way
