Our guys are always neat and careful. They don’t disturb my plants, yard art, or any cords or tools etc laying around. They are also very considerate of closing the gate so our dog doesn’t get out and get hit by a car. They always let us know via text when they are coming and when they left and what they did. Very professional. I always recommend Terminix!!

Robert the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped explain to us that our problem was manageable. Then Juan, our service technician, was very friendly. He walked through the house with me and personally surveyed the areas. I got to talk through the problem. He then worked efficiently, finishing the job quickly. The price was fair and affordable. Seriously couldn't be happier. We were literally scared, but they solved the problem. I would highly recommend.
The same technician is consistently sent. Therefore, they have an understanding of the house and my needs.

I absolutely love my technician Gabriel. He is thorough and updates me with any information that I need to know regarding anything that he sees . He is always on time upon his arrival . Thank you Gabriel for all you do to make me feel comfortable on my house without having to worry about any creatures 😩.

The results have been outstanding. I have no idea how other companies compare in cost or in results. We’ve been with Terminix for many years, starting with an infestation of termites (as well as a kitchen inhabited by cockroaches). Neither is a problem today.
Terminix is usually very dependable. I get reports and good communication.
The person did a good job of spraying for bees. It seems to have reduced the activity although we need to wait for more sunny weather

The service is prompt as scheduled. The service technician is completely knowledgeable and extensively trairned. Each inspection comes with treatment for some new pest that arrives from neighboring yard s and the green space across the street.
