Troy is the technician who comes to my home to inspect and apply pest control treatment. He always notifies me in advance before his visit, arrives at the scheduled time, and completes the job professionally.
He has been servicing our home for about three years, and his level of service has been consistently excellent throughout that time. His text messages before each visit are always courteous, and after completing the service, he takes the time to politely explain the results and let me know what was done.

I like that the tech lets me know a couple of days in advance when he or she plans to come. And, If delayed, I like that I get a notice so that I know if there is a slight time change so that I can make sure that my pets are secure. All the of techs have been very polite and professional.

I gave a 10 because of my driver/service technician SERGIO. He is the best. He bends over backwards to accommodate my schedule and needs. He is always prompt and keeps in touch with me. Unlike other drivers, Sergio texts me the day before, then the morning of and always responds to my texts. Other drivers do not always do this. When he arrives he always asks what I want done. He does it quickly and efficiently. Let's me know when he's done, Askes if there is anything and off he goes. He's the best.
