Michael arrived on time, did a thorough walk thru of the property, explained in detail the treatment he was going to apply, documented everything in detail, including providing pictures and kept me informed of status via text. I have been using Terminix for years and this has been the best technician and experience I have had.
The guy who does my service (Bryan Durling) is fantastic! Have also had great experiences with people i've talked with over the phone during the many years I've been a customer. At one point you sent someone out to get rid of a wasp nest in the ground for me. Keep up the great work!
