I have been using Terminix for my pest control services in Piscataway for several years and they have been consistently excellent. My local technician, Ibrahim Temur, is extraordinary. He is knowledgeable about every aspect of pest control. He seems to know everything about every kind of insect. The service: I get a text message before the service, a text message confirming the service is complete, and a report of what was done. He has provided. The website is easy to navigate. Billing is accurate. I can't say enough about the service I've received from this company. Thanks.

He was on time, efficient, and tried to be thorough doing his job. I asked the name of his inside chemical and he gave the trade name but not the chemical name. Likely he had no clue. (We have a current chemical license ourselves but being 85 years old, didn't want to do it as Terminex was our contract holder)
You reliably give advance notice when the technician is coming so that I can unlock my gate. Also I appreciate being able to text with the technician (Terrence) regarding the appointment. Best of all, no bugs!
Our technician usually only treats the outside of the home for ants, spiders, etc. However we had seen a number of silverfish in several bathrooms so he also treated the bathrooms and kitchen while he was on his normal appointment, very helpful.
