Ease of scheduling a day to treat our house. Kind friendly technician. We actually are on a three month program. He calls me, we set up a date and time. He comes when we are gone. We completely trust our service man. He knows our home. I like having the same service person all the time. If I have a problem area he listens and takes care of it. I think Terminix is wonderful. I have been a customer for over ten years.

Derek, my Terminix technician always ensures he cleans my fascia, remove cab webs, thoroughly spays everything around the perimeter of my house, and removes wasp nests. He has been very consistent.
