John, is the most important reason why I've stayed with Terminix. He does a great job and he's professional. A few other Techs in my 5.5 years has come out when John was assigned I guess elsewhere but they were not like John complete and detailed in servicing the inside and outside. If John, leaves Terminix, I'll probably cancel my service with your company. In the meantime, thank you for your services Terminix and John.
On Jan 29, Peter Volk provided service at my house and was very thorough in taking care of all my issues and concerns. He did a very good job applying powder insecticide to areas out of reach of my pets and children and switching to liquid spray which dries and is safer for the kids and pets on the floor areas that I was concerned about. He checked all the mouse bate boxes, took down cobwebs and covered the outdoor areas. I was extremely pleased with the service he provided and will have no problem recommending Terminix to others. Peter Volk is an excellent employee
Because Charles is now my Service Person, Charles was my my Rep for many seasons and does a gooood job, Jason did not do a good job, he is young and in a Hurry to get in and out of my property. All I have reached out 3 times to have the Manager of the San DIego office to call me and I have Yet to hear from him, Charles called me and said he would be my rep from now on and I was and am Happy about this, I was thinking about changing Company because of the service I was receiving, Keep Charles, it is nice to have the same person every time and he again does a great job, the last few time it was always a different person and not doing a good job, Thanks for Charles coming back!!
