Our Terminix rep, Toufic Attie, does an excellent job keeping the creepy crawlers outside of our house as well keeping nests from forming on the outside and in crawl spaces. He’s very thorough and always on time and lets us know when he’s finished. We certainly appreciate all his efforts!
My Technician was incredibly excellent and knowledgeable! He did not rush thru the service, but actually asked questions and provided me more insight on self preventive maintenance in between services, which I loved!! So not only did I receive preventive maintenance from Terminix, I got a tool belt of information to extended the lifetime of my services in between maintenances.

We are very satisfied with the service we have received from Terminix. They are efficient, prompt, and always nice and polite. Right after we moved here, a neighbor's house needed to be completely demolished because it was filled with termites. With their food source gone, they would naturally go to all the nearby houses for food, so we called Terminix immediately as a preventive measure. It worked perfectly, is continuing to work, and we are very happy and very relieved. We recommend them highly.

I've used Terminix for many years. If they weren't very good I would have left them. I use both their annual programs for periodic spraying and termite protection. This may sound a little crazy but one thing I detest is when a service tech performs a service, which is exactly what I am paying for, (nothing more and nothing less) and then instructs me to rate that performance as a 10 or tell him what to do to earn a 10. For some reason, that rubs me the wrong way. And I've NEVER had anyone or any company request/direct me to give an automatic 10. I blame Terminix for instructing the service tech to use this terminology.

Frankie, the technician. Hands down why I would recommend Terminix. This guy is the most knowledgeable tech I've encountered in my over 40 years of owning property and very rarely do you come across an ambitious person in any field, with Frankie's professionalism and personal touch. If you could duplicate him, all your personnel issues and customer complaints would go away. Leave him alone and he will do your company proud.
