Akeem is the reason, I use Terminix. He’s professional, he shows up when he says he’s going to, he keeps me posted on his arrival time. Last but not least, he does a very thorough job and always reminds me if I need to have him come out between scheduled visits he’s happy yo do that.

Our Terminix associate is great! She asks if there is anything else we need or other services we might be interested in. She takes care of our house efficiently and is even great with our dogs (Which we try to confine, but sometimes they are out when she gets going.)
This guy is the most pleasant person to deal with. Always always polite , respectful, and accommodating. You could not ask for a better person. The world would be so much better with more people like him as an example!!!

Markeith has been consistent, knowledgeable, friendly and highly competent.
The cost of their services can seem to be high, but their response time is very good and the technicians that have come to service our home have been friendly and efficient while being professional in carrying out the services requested.
Having said the above, sometimes their billing practices need to be corrected by contacting them via phone and reminding them that you had paid for a year's service in advance (i.e., a *contract*) and that you shouldn't be billed additional fees if they opted to increase the cost of those services during that one-year period.
