Our technician was super nice, very understanding; I warned the team on phone that we are paranoid about safety for our cats from treatments, and he was very knowledgeable and reassuring and adapted treatments to accommodate where needed. I really appreciated Ryan's kindness and attention to detail as well as his knowledge of some of the local (and even hyperlocal) pests, as well as the fact that he never seemed rushed or eager to do a quick job and leave. It was very clear that he was focused on doing a good job and the above all helped us to feel at-ease, which is hard to do when you suspect a pest infestation in your home! We appreciated it a lot and hope to schedule more with him in the future.

I live in Santa Clarita, CA, in the area where residents have horses and lots of trees. And lots of bugs that love to get in the house. I have been a Terminix customer for about ten years. Excellent service. My service rep is Louis Saenz, and I can't say enough compliments. Thorough, knowledgeable about specific treatments for the various issues that arise. And quick to respond when I need quick action, such as waking up to a ton of ants in the kitchen in the hot summer. I also subscribe to their termite protection, and the house has been termite free for as long as I have been here - well over a decade. In all, it's a very good service.
