We have gotten great service from Terminix. They always call ahead of time to notify us when they will be coming. They let us know when they arrive & after completing the service, they explain what was done. Also, we get a written report of the work completed.

My technician Bond is so thorough and is always attentive at the areas on my property that I want to be treated. If there is a problem with a particular bug that just shows up between the times of being treated, he's still available and comes right out when he can and kills that particular problem. Most people don't do this kind of thing and I do realize how valuable it is to have a person that goes above and beyond the duties of pest control. Everyone in my neighborhood that has used Bond for pest control has nothing but compliments about him.
Terminix has done what we hired them to do. They got rid of the German roach pests we had! Now, they come every other month to keep any other insects in the yard outside, where they belong. Thank you, Terminix!
