Zach messaged ahead of visit but I was in hospital and didn’t get message until after visit. I reached out and Zach followed up. We will be communicating to schedule an interior follow-up. Terrific service

The regular serviceman does not always treats inside. The replacement serviceman last month found evidence of brown recluse spiders did, and treated and placed traps.

We always appreciate our technician Joel Calhau's professionalism, timeliness, helpfulness, and recommendations when it comes to performing our quarterly service.

However, annual billing has always been an issue. How is it that after 25 years of paying an upfront annual premium, I end up with a balance due at the end of the contract year? I have to get on the phone every year to explain this situation.
