The regular serviceman does not always treats inside. The replacement serviceman last month found evidence of brown recluse spiders did, and treated and placed traps.

We always appreciate our technician Joel Calhau's professionalism, timeliness, helpfulness, and recommendations when it comes to performing our quarterly service.
However, annual billing has always been an issue. How is it that after 25 years of paying an upfront annual premium, I end up with a balance due at the end of the contract year? I have to get on the phone every year to explain this situation.
Excellent service from technicians. They check with me before starting inspection to see if I have observed any activity or infestation. I appreciate that.

From the initial consultation to the first time out and on boarding- it has been smooth and efficient.
Terminix technician advises us before he does his quarterly visit. Explains if he found anything regarding pests and if we have any other concerns.
I have to wait for at least one week to make sure that the bed bugs are really gone, but so far so good.
