My only issue with Terminix is that they seem to be slow to send the bill and then complain when I do not respond immediately. Sometimes the mail is slow and I have no control over that.
Since I have been with Terminex, Peter Dupessis has taken care of my home and property and he has always been very prompt and has always taken my hysterical calls like the time I saw a rat outside. He came right over and put out several of those black boxes. An inspection showed no signs of them in the house. Peter is always polite and very professional. I would recommend Terminex, in fact I have several times and they went with Terminex. Thank you very much.

Don't like roaches, spiders, etc., and ants!!!!!! Spraying every other month helps. If a roach should get inside, can tell it isn't happy, usually on its back. Sephhon is very professional, takes his time in spraying the outside and spotting those big ant beds to also spray. He also inquires if there are any concerns before spraying. He is an asset to Capelouto!!!
My service man, Jason Sawyer is the best. On time and does a great job with any problem I may have.
