My service person, Josh, is always very friendly asks if there are any new issues going on. I had some questions during his last visit and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. After putting out some traps and explaining the what and why he was doing things he told me about other options if this didn't work. When leaving he made sure I knew if there this didn't correct the problem to let him know in a few weeks and we'll start the next steps. Very helpful!

Eric Yanez does a great job every time he comes to service our house. He is always on time, communicates in advance, works quickly and thoroughly. He always asks if there are special needs or problems and does whatever is needed to fix problems.

The Terminix agent is super nice, lets you know when he is on his way. Once he gets here he checks each station and sends me a report of his finding. Very satisfied with his service!
