The knowledge the consultant has on the rodents were very very good. He was very professional and helpful when he came out to check on my concerns for the smell I had been experiencing. I had had a very scary experience with a roof rat being in my home a few months ago that I was afraid to stay there for a few weeks. But after the service from Terminix I don t feel afraid anymore and I also feel that when I call them they come right away to do what needs to be done.
