We have had a great experience with Terminex and have the combined monthly bill of pest control and termite maintenance. However, over the years, the increase has been substantial and as seniors, may need to shop around just to get the pricing down to meet our budget. Otherwise, no complaints.
The only reason I continue with Terminix is ANDY HOULE. He is a professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He answers all questions providing details of specific insect issues. And clearly shines as a representative of the company.
The 'inspector' Mathew Killian is rude totally unprofessional and does not care about serving the customer or providing realistic information.
