I trust what he tells me.I did have two dead mice this winter but think they came in through the bulkhead which needs repair. Michael said he will have the outside barrier repaired where ii is weak.
Friendly technicians and always communicates with you on letting you know he is coming. Gives you updates on what he has done and what recommendations of treatments. Always at the end a summary of treatment is forwarded to you.
