I rate your company so highly based on the quality of the technicians you have in the field. I'll be completely honest, the main reason I stay with Terminix is because of the outstanding service I receive from Christopher Disimone. We just had our quarterly service at our property in NH, and Christopher, as he always does, reached out a few days before the appointment and also contacted me while he was there to give me an update as to what treatments he was applying and the overall bug/rodent activity that was uncovered. An employee like Christopher is what makes your company stand out among the competition. I feel as though I am completely in good hands with Christopher overseeing the treatment plan for our property, and hopefully he receives recognition for his outstanding work.

Robert Nguyen was very professional, he let me know a couple a days in advance when he would be coming. When he arrived he explained everything he would be doing at our home. Then before he left he let me know he had discovered a black widow nest with multiple BWs present. I appreciated his great communication and thorough work.
