I was having a serious ant infestation in my kitchen and adjoining bathroom area. Stan Torrez from Terminex came and sprayed outside the house. So far I have not seen anymore ants. I will definitely call again if the problem returns.

You guys and Vincent do a great job! He always checks in prior to his arrival to see if there's anything to check on. Often I don't have anything, but if I do, he always remembers. I don't have to remind him. These days, I very much appreciate a company that does what they say they will do. I will say, though, your pricing is getting quite high. And we aren't notified of the price increase until you bill our card. Isn't there a way you can give us a heads up?

I would like more sticky bug catchers. I feel that we need all new catchers every month, throughout the house. Not just in the kitchen and bathrooms and, one behind two of the three bedroom doors. We are still having roach problems. When the catchers get full and I have to pick them up, I would like to not have to worry about how many I have left to use. The tec left some extras but it is not enough to get through a three month period. I feel uncomfortable asking for more than he gives.

Our pest control’s service tech - Stephen is great! He always lets us know when he is coming and how far out he is. Stephen is cordial, knowledgeable, open to any questions, and give sound advice. He gives us a complete rundown on what his service is intended to do for us, what we need to be aware of, and if he sees something concerning, he gives sound recommendations. Very happy with his work for us.
Treatments work even though we only have the outside and garage done by Bryan. He is very thorough..always doing an outstanding job. He’s also polite and accommodating when scheduling.
