Overall I had been pleased with my service technician. However, the new person did not seem to be well informed about my property nor exactly what to do. He called to tell me he could not get into the backyard. That should have been notated in my records. I DO NOT have treatment there because I have dogs. I have to keep them safe! I asked if he had removed cobwebs, etc., as was to have been done at each of the windows or wherever he would see them. Gregory G always did them and did a great job. This technician spoke as if he was clueless about doing that. I looked afterwards and it didn’t appear he had done that part of my service. I certainly do not want to cause him any trouble but you have asked for my input regarding my latest service appt. I’m not pleased at all. As the customer I should not have to tell your technician what and how to do his job.
