I have been contacting your office since March concerning the insulation that was put into our attic. The installers arrived early in the morning WITHOUT a ladder, They waited around till after 11 am. Then they installed the insulation in large clumps around the attic opening. It was never spread out at all. I have repeatedly contacted your offices about this problem. I have gotten nowhere in a hurry. The last time I contacted the office I was assured that they would be out on a certain day, but they sent a pest control man instead of someone to fix this problem. I am now demanding that this be addressed as soon as possible or I will take my business elsewhere.

They conducted a real inspection and stuck to the quote initially given. Even though the assigned technician refused the job, the one who came was courteous, thorough , knowlegdable and walked us through the process explaining everything amicably.

The response when I had rats visit this past winter, and recently, when I suspected they were back on my roof. It was immediate, and effective. And when I called during the winter for someone to come collect dead rats, someone came immediately! Much appreciated. Also, I have rarely had bugs inside, even though I live in the woods - so the monthly treatments work as well.
