Patient; professional and knowledgeable about our issues
Th technical was very careful and did a thorough job checking my fireplace. He took each log out and cleaned it. He had put tarps down to protect the area around the fireplace. He asked if I had any questions and was very happy to answer them. Very nice polite man. The only problem was that it took a long time to schedule this service. They might st be very busy. I had to cancel one appointment because of a conflict of time and it took another month to reschedule
Since having Terminix we have not seen any types of bugs in our house. Thank You Terminix!!
