The technician, Kevin Foeks, does a very good job in servicing the church. He always calls ahead of his visits. He always asks if there are any problems, issues, or concerns that he can help with. He is always friendly, personable, and respects the building and the church.

He is a very good representative of the company. I would recommend Terminix (and have) to others for dependable service.

Th technical was very careful and did a thorough job checking my fireplace. He took each log out and cleaned it. He had put tarps down to protect the area around the fireplace. He asked if I had any questions and was very happy to answer them. Very nice polite man. The only problem was that it took a long time to schedule this service. They might st be very busy. I had to cancel one appointment because of a conflict of time and it took another month to reschedule
