The service is wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased with the tech that comes and keeps us free of all pests.
Carlos and the Terminix Team do a great job, great notifications, always responsive to questions or needs. The only down side, is Terminix is close to pricing themselves out of business. If the price continues to rise, I may need to look for a different provider.

Primary reason for the 10 is Rodney. He is such a nice person, I look forward to chatting with him. He always texts the day before with a time frame, the reminder text when he's 2 minutes away is so much appreciated! Besides being friendly and an overall cool guy he's also knowledgeable about his field and I can ask him comfortably.
Second reason, no bugs obviously! We tried out a different company, Pestie and we saw bugs so went right back to Terminix.
We've been long time customers and will continue to be.

Sean always asks about the property and if anything in particular is amiss. He has revisited several times due to ongoing ants in the house. He is very responsive to our calls and text. Don't swap him out on us!!!

My guy is always able to take care of things without me being involved. He always calls and makes sure I have no issues with things before he starts. And If I have issues before my monthly service I just call and they take care of them.
My tech Rich is so great and explains everything
