The technician is friendly and efficient. I receive notification when he is on his way and when he has completed the job. If I ever have problems, I can call and he will schedule an additional visit right away.
We have been having Terminix services for years. We have been very satisfied with the services and customer service. We definitely recommend this company to everyone.
I have had peace of mind because Terminex backs their service. The only issue is it may take time to have a technician come back out to re-treat plus even if you have an appointment it still may be delayed.
The primary reason is Wesley. He is on time, calls before his scheduled date.
He always wants to know if any problems exist Wesley will bring my garbage can in front of the house without me asking this senior. Helps with little things .
Terminix is very lucky to have Wesley, and he is most certainly an asset to Terminix.

Because Jason always calls the night before and lets me know when he’s gonna come and he’s always polite and nice and sweet when he comes and does my house. I would, however prefer that your agents quit calling me every time. I am a day late on paying my bill and trying to set me up for auto pay. I don’t like it. I don’t do it. There’s a reason for it because I wanna make sure I have money in there. So please tell the billing department to quit calling me.
