I think my technician does an excellent job. However, receiving notification within a day or less, is unacceptable. There have been a few times that I was not notified at all. I need more notice ... as I am responsible for (2) locations that you service. The 3rd location is a rental property where the renters are responsible for letting the technician into the property.
