System is very good! Am notified at the proper time as a reminder to schedule an apt. After agreeing to at date of service I am notified that the people will arrive at a certain time. Also notifies whether or not we need to be a home. After the service they send me a copy of the results of their work to notify any issues.
Oh yes, haven't had a any bugs since we started the service in January 2024.
However I spoke with on the phone got my address wrong, but the technician went out of his way to keep my appointment. I appreciated this so much because I had spent all morning clearing out my kitchen for the appointment, so he really saved the day.
Because Nick does an excellent job of keeping up with the exterior & interior of our property to remain critter & bug free!
