He visited the property, evaluated the situation caused by yellow jackets, provided information about options to remedy the infestation, and made sure that a colleague would complete the work asap. Brandon arrived the next day, dispatching the bees quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, professional and reassured me if the mean yellow jackets came back, he would apply necessary measures to dispense with them again. I love nature, but these insects did present a danger to family members who are severely allergic to bees. It was either them or us.

The tech was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. When I explained a problem with waterbugs, he immediately put me at ease describing there were a lot of complaints regarding that issue due to weather conditions, etc and mixed a spray for that issue.

Terminix is actually the worse pest company out there and the way they just get rid of employees, raise customer prices, they sells guys lie about issues and I can go on. ridiculous honestly. My score is not in any way for terminix
