Happy I was given a couple of days notice of when technician was coming as I like to be home when he comes. Wish technician would knock on door and talk to me when he starts and finishes instead of sending me a text that service was completed. Sometimes I have questions or want to make sure he knows exactly what I need done as it’s never the same person.
