Reid came to make an insect and rodent inspection and gave me the results of this inspection. He also goes out of his way to let me know if there are any bushes, brahces, trees or plants that are touching the house. This helps to keep the rodents away from the house and I'm able to make sure my yard man and his team cut anything touching the house. Reid does an excellent job and I am very happy with his service.
Alfredo Nares completed the services in an efficient and expert manner. He has decades of experience, and I trust him to apply the chemicals in a safe manner. He is friendly and communicates before during and after the services are completed. Thank you Alfredo.
Our technician Ben is very reliable. He notifies us when he will be in the area for our quarterly service. He arrives within the stated time frame and checks in upon arrival to see if we notice any new problems with pests. He is very knowledgeable about pests and services to eliminate them. With Terminex's quarterly service, we have not experienced any further issues with carpenter ants.

We have used Terminix for a long time, but suspended our service during a 2-year renovation.
When we moved back in, it wasn't long before we had an ant invasion!
When I called in a panic, Terminix restarted our service and came out the very next day - dealt with the immediate, urgent ant situation, and did the regular treatment around the exterior.
The technician, Ulysses, was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the problem (Argentinian ants - they're as awful as their soccer team lol!), gave me a few options as to how it could be handled, administered the appropriate treatment, and we saw results immediately. He was determined where they were likely coming into our home, and treated accordingly. I felt completely comfortable being alone with him in the house - plus, he is just a really nice guy!
We are so relieved, and expect a continued pest-free home from now on.

Today I spoke to one of your customer service people, also very nice to deal with. After our conversation there was a survey to reply to. I have an ancient land line, and was not able to reply to the questions. I would definite rate him a 5 on both of the questions I was able to get.
