The actual Service was excellent, but the online scheduling was a problem.
I scheduled an appointment on-line for 09/11/2026 | 10 AM-12 PM to deal with an ANT infestation indoors. I got an email confirmation. However, No One came.
Then I called and asked for a special treatment and tried to coordinate with the regular quarterly service that the website showed was supposed to be 9/15 3-5pm. The phone agent said they couldn't give me information about when the regular service would be. I asked for the special visit for the ANT problem to be 9/15 3-5pm.
The Terminix Tech came early on 9/15 and was very helpful but didn't seem to know that we had requested the indoor ant treatment in advance.

I am very pleased with the service provided by our Terminix Technician Uriel conducts his scheduled service. He patiently explains what inspection he finds and fully explains what needed to be done. Uriel also let me know how to maintain the extermination of bugs in between his visits.
