I love Mr. Cecilio Rodriguez, who comes to do my quarterly service. He always goes above and beyond. I told him my issue, and he made sure to spray both inside and out to keep me from seeing any new bugs. I haven't seen anything since he sprayed, and I truly believe it will stay that way. Mr. Cecilio deserves 10s across the board, but the reason I gave you a 9 is that I do not like any of the annual inspectors who come. Every single one of them has tried to upsell me on something I do not need, and they use scare tactics to try to make me buy it. It's crazy, and it needs to stop now.

Quick response - very informative. Did a great job sealing our home, adding new insulation, critter and bug protection. etc. Very high marks go to our service specialist Jason Knox. He goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.

All aspects were professional, from my original conversation with a rep to making the appointment and having the service done. Vincent, the tech explained all he would do prior to taking care of the hornets. Today, the day after service, the hornets are dead and gone!
