the new technician is wonderful. the branch that services my home was changed to Macon, Ga. recently and what a difference. Ray is fantastic, always on time,and is very thorough when treating my home. Also, very respectful of my hardwood floors and white carpet, wears protective booties. Hope his branch appreciates what a dedicated employee they have.
Tech was efficient and friendly. Sprayed outside only. I showed him an external crack on the house where I saw thousands of small ants entering. He sprayed that area. Now I found some ants in the bathroom area of the house. I will contact Terminix today to see if they will address the interior under my pest control plan. See if that is covered.

Noel Gonzales, my Terminix guy, was here on Saturday, and in addition to his applying the usual for keeping bugs out, he did a full inspection of my residence to search for mice. He only found two very small, old droppings, and put a sticky trap in a closet just in case.
He is a most efficient, thorough gentleman, and I have such confidence in him and what he does. He really CARES about us!
I would recommend him and your fine company to ANYONE who needs his services. In fact I have recommended him in the past, and will surely continue to do so!

Technician was on time, professional in work
My technician is the primary reason I am giving you a high score. He always texts in advance to let me know he is coming, comes at the same scheduled time each month and is never late. He promptly sends me a text with a summary of his findings and he is very thorough in his inspections. Reed Timmer is by far the best technician I have had with Terminix!
Your technicians are always prompt, efficient, and pleasant. Notification of a visit is always given the day before, which we appreciate.
