The primary reason is that Tom has been a wonderful service provider. He always notifies me ahead of his visits. Lets me know that he is here by text and also by ringing the doorbell. He is very thorough and always very pleasant. I give him a 10+. He is also very knowledgeable about the applications.

Service guy is great. Office staff is very lax in taking care of book work or messages. Getting notices about not able to charge my card. I have called three times, I think, over the last 3-4 months that I was hacked and gave new card #.
