Very thorough inspecting for the ants,found many, put out poison to combat them., Went outside and found more ants on the balcony, went out in the yard and found more in the fresh mulch, they were. The technicians always let me know when they are coming. They send a detailed report with pictures when they are finished. Their work is very successful.

Honestly, the guy that came out to do our pest control. This past Friday was the best we’ve had in a long time. He was so polite, kind and thoroughly explained everything he was going to do. I believe he has serviced our house before, although this was the first time I actually got to meet him.

Firstly, Shawn takes good care of us and gives us good advice...I really trust his advice and eagerly await his reports at the end of his visits.

We have had a Terminex contract for 30 or more years...and we have never had a problem that Terminex didn't solve to very same day...or better yet, a pending problem they helped us avoid!

William Madden is the reason our rating score is high. He is extremely kind and represents Terminix with the highest standard, and he does everything in his power to ensure the customer is satisfied. William's concern for the customer's requests and needs is unparalleled. He details all his actions and work while constantly engaging in knowledgeable conversation, answering every question given with kindness. He is obviously well versed in his field, and he made quality recommendations tailored to our specific situation, which was greatly appreciated. William is the reason we keep our contract with Terminix, as prices are high and money is tight, but his service and detail to our needs keep us with your company.
