I love the return policy with no Xtra cost because recently I've been plagued with Giant water bugs and it's very annoying and embarrassing when guess are over. The Technician says it's because we've had a lot of rain and I asked him to spray extra heavy and put down more traps and he did and it helped but anytime I se a lot of activity I just call the back.

Low price to keep the bugs away.
I was concerned when I received a notice in January 2024 that my quaterly service would be increasing effective with my contract reknewal 1 April 2024. That increase was 22% which I though was a big extreme. I had considered cancelling my service until my technitian made an effort to adjust my quarterly service which I thought as really considerate. My concern was that this would affect his commission which I didn't think was right. I applaud his efforts to help his customers.
