My Terminix Tech, Mr. Clarence s. Is the best he is very thorough. He goes through my apartment with a fine tooth comb inspecting for all insects and critters the treatment he provides rid my apartment of all my pest issues. He is also accommodating to my Saturday availability..

Since we started service with Terminix in June 2025, we went from being over run to a steady decline, to now hardly ever seen with the rat population.
I haven't needed to call our service tech, he shows up like clockwork and we update each other.
this is by far a much better experience than I had previously. where I was calling and emailing the previous company to get them up here to regularly service their traps and bait stations.

Our technician, Steven Peach, is excellent and a big reason we keep our regular pest control service with Terminix. He on top of our ant and spider issues and takes them out fast and efficiently. Steven is also a really nice guy.
The person that comes to do the work for terminex his name is fred he is a good worker he is very friendly and always does a great job and he is one of the best workers that have came to are house that works for terminex so I hope terminex keeps him Thank you
