We have great customer service from Rebecca Tandy and her husband as well. They always let us know when our upcoming appointments are, and in the event we have to reschedule, they are great to work with.
We can always count on them to be prompt; they let us know what they have done for us in our yard and stop to visit and ask if we have any issues that need to be addressed before they start work.
Would highly recommend Terminix based on the services we receive from them.
First, they honored the special promotion price with no issues or raised the cost after the initial inspection. By the way, the inspector Mike Ford was a wealth of knowledge and shared vital tips to help with some of the more immediate problems right away.
Next, the service Technician Charles was all over it. He came in to first assess the situation and began to take a calculated approach that I feel will help to resolve this matter pretty quickly.

The server which you sent was new, but was excellent and was very kind and patient with me and covered all of my areas of questions he even went over and beyond to help me get the ice from around my back screen door so that I could exit and enter. He was very polite and diligent with his work.
