I was informed in advance when he would come. He called the day before to let me know what time he would arrive. He called on the appointment date and asked if he could come a little earlier in the day. He came and completed the service and asked if we had any questions or concerns. Advised to call anytime if there were any issues.

Well, somebody else might want to get a local company instead of a national brand. Most of your employees doing the work have been thorough and professional, but the turnover rate seems to be a bit high. Also your billing process isn't that great.
