Last week I was billed $56.00 after a service, I spoke to a representative, that said I would pay the amount of $48 as agreed upon two months ago. I have not seen the credit yet. Just checking

duplex HOA type home. Every experience I have had with Terminex has been effective and
positive. Their customer service for specific needs is always addressed promptly. I've had two

I have been with Terminix and Bob Goyette for about 13 years and I cannot praise them enough. Any time I need the services outside the scheduled dates, Bob would come and do the additional services. He is always thoughtful and helpful with any issues I might haver and also so knowledgeable about any questions I ask.
The gentleman was on time. He knocked on the door and let me know he was here and also asked if you need him to spray n the house. He is very professional and very polite.
