Henry Ballew, the associate that services my home for pest control is excellent. He is very thorough and always texts ahead of his visits to determine my pest control needs. He got the black kitchen ants gone for good a couple of years ago. He is never rushing, so he gets the work done completely. Henry is a very kind gentle man and an excellent representative of Terminix.
