Friendly, efficient service
The wasp had multiple nest across back of house and they were using pool water and the grandchildren were afraid. Tech pleasantly knock nest down and treated area. It solved the problem of the pool diving wasp.
Excellent individual doing the job, but the Termnix organization, per se, is highly well organized. Calls efficiently returned, prompt scheduling and thorough treatment response are all uniformly excellent.
Because my tech, Lester, is excellent. He's a good worker and a very nice, friendly person.
Larry is an outstanding representative of Terminix. He checks in with us ask us if we’ve had any changes. He gives us information telling us say I’m noticing certain things going on here.

Reason for not giving a "10" is prices are too high. Been a client for many years. Service is still great but pricing has gone out of sight.

The Second Gentleman that came out was extremely nice explained what he did but the first guy named Samuel was rude didn’t want to do what I paid for lucky my nineteen year old grandson didn’t beat his butt. If he ever shows up at my house again I will cancel my contract.
They are very reliable. My technician notifies me for a scheduled upcoming visit, when he is on his way. And then again when he is done.
He responds to my calls & texts. And sends me his findings from the visit. My credit card is not charged until after he is done.
I have also found their customer service department to be courteous and nice to work with.
