Charles is always pleasant, has a smile and explains what kind of treatment he did. He doesn't rush, talks with me a few minutes which is extra nice cuz I'm in bed other than Dr appt so a friendly face is always appreciated. He always comes in the scheduled time, too
Service on Tuesday, 11/25/25, Technician Charles Washington is rated 10+. I was extremely satisfied with his service. Whereas my previous two visits were not able to combat my Gnat invested house. After Mr. Washington's treatment one day later which is today, I see no bugs flying around and there are none on my windowsill, and I see none.
He was very knowledgeable and explain the type of insect it was, and used traps and spray (the other tech used traps) but no spray. The ist tech did not seen to know much of anything about the infestation.

I requested the termite bait be changed and it took three weeks and one cancellation on Terminix behalf. The gentleman was supposed to change all bay traps, but forgot one. I would like to see this one bait trap be changed.

I have been using Terminix for over 10 years now. They offer several services. I have using the Termite service. I recently added pest and rodent services. I am always called prior to my appointments and asked if I am having any concerns they need to address while they are there. Their employees all knowledgeable from the first call you make.
We have total confidence in our Terminix provider. The evidence of his spraying is evident in the amount of bugs, of whatever type, after the spraying. We are thankful for Terminix.

I gave you that score because you normally come and treat the outside and the inside as well. I was promised by Elijah I Diggs that he will service home on November 14, 2025. I am still waiting to have my house serviced inside. I need it done in the mornings because I work.

I've been very happy with how they examined and treated our home. They did a thorough research inside our home and found the source of the bug problem. They were very aggressive at treating it and called us several times to get updates on how things we're progressing. I would definitely recommend Terminix.
