Jason from Terminix deserves a full 10/10! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire visit. He took his time explaining every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done. His attention to detail and genuine care for customers truly set him apart. It’s rare to find someone who is this dependable and committed to doing the job right. If you need pest control, Jason is absolutely the one to ask for—highly recommend!
So far, I am more or less, satisfy with the service.
Timothy Conner our technician was very thorough when it came to helping us with our spider problem. He was able to remove all the webs from our porch. He also got rid of ants we had near our trash cans. When he was done he let us know what was done and if we had any other concerns to call and someone would be out to help. Every technician that has ever come to our home has been respectful and very helpful. I will always recommend Terminix.

We have dealt with four Terminix representatives in the past few weeks. Eric inspected our home. Phillip prepped our home for pest control and for gutters. Deon regularly services our home, and Brandon installed our gutter guards. Every single representative was personable, efficient, effective in their analysis and their explanation of services. The installation phase was flawless. Each representative contacted us in advance and made arrangements to meet with us at our convenience. What also impressed us was the turn around time from initial contact to installation and completion of our services. They got it done immediately. We were pleasantly surprised and very satisfied. Having the consistency in service and professionalism was unusual and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Terminix services!!
