Tech always sends a reminder text at least 2 days in advance of appointment. He stays in contact to let us know when he is on the way so we have time to kennel our pets. And promptly sends a report after inspection.

David is excellent, reliable and consistent. He is on time, does a thorough evaluation inside and out. Great communicator, reviews photos of any issues and appropriately remedies. Is respectful of our home. On the rare occasions we need a visit between schedules he arrives in a reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend. Thank you David!
Lino is my service technician at Terminex, he is thorough, courteous and prompt.. I have been using terminex for many years and I know when a have a problem Lino will show up and take care of it, even a repeat visit if needed. I am satisfied and I have recommended Terminex and they too have become customers.
