When I discovered a swarm of bees had taken shelter in my home, I promptly reached out for assistance. The representative who managed my service request responded exceptionally well to the situation. Given that my daughter has a severe allergy to bee stings, this could have escalated quickly. Fortunately, thanks to the receptionist and the technician, everything is now safe and back to normal.
