However, your price increase from $195.39 to $221.00 at 13.11% is steep, well above the inflation rate, not to mention you have had a yearly increase for the last several years. I realize prices for materials and labor have increased but that seems a steep increase to me. We've had Terminix since 1981 as long as we have lived in our home. At some point your increases will run clients away from your business.

Mark Guidi is a magician! He keeps our house pest free, knows exactly what to do when we have an issue and is awesome at customer service! The rest of the Terminix team is ok but average. Mark is the only reason we stay with you all!
