Mitchell has been our TERMINEX technician for awhile now. We are SOOOO blessed to have him!!! He is always available to text or call- and is fast in responding to problems with virtually every pest!! On his last visit, he took a photo of a beetle-like bug that’s in our downstairs, enlarged it, and immediately & enlarged it and texted the photo in to be identified. Because he is our ‘regular’ tech now, he already knows problem areas and addresses them. We absolutely love him, and so should TERMINEX!!!! God bless you Mitchel-Dolores!!!!!

The agent was very thorough and professional.
Dan is the best technician. He is friendly, always asks if we have any issues. He respects our request not to spray in specific garden areas and always answers any questions we may have. He has been our technician for many years and has helped treat problem issues (ants) in the past. We haven't had any more ant issues for a couple years now. But, he does ask if I've seen any return.
