My regular tech is Tyrone Little who is excellent. I did have a recent experience with Terminix where I called the Wayne area number on Friday to request someone to come out and resolve a bee issue getting into a window. I was scheduled for the next day between 11:00 and 1:00. After 1:00 that next day I again called the number for Wayne and was told that I had been rescheduled to Monday with no notification made to me. I was extremely disappointed in Terminix for not being notified.

Terminix communication of arrival time and keeping me aware of status is very helpful. The Terminix service agent was very good and communicated the service to be conducted, any findings, and general updates. He is familiar with my property and the service requirements. Overall, he and Terminix get an "A" rating.
