Terminix is a consistent company and even after being bought out by another firm has maintained its integrity and reputation as a leader in home pest control. We have had Terminix service for almost 30 years. Those years were spent at three different homes in three different states. We returned to using Terminix each time because of the quality of service we have received. The service has not always been stellar. However, when we have encountered a problem, it has been easily fixed with a call to Terminix. Every issue has been handled quickly and to our satisfaction. Could they be better? Yes. Primarily in the technician department. There must be something about this business that results in frequently new personnel servicing your account. We had a technician we liked for about 18 months, and we know she was sent to a different area to work. We then went through a new tech about every six months (or two visits to the house). We also noted the degree of effort put into performing the tasks at the house varies per technician. We see this from the videos off of our security cameras. Most of the variations of effort by the technicians are not sufficient to warrant changing companies. The price paid for these services is well within expectations and when we had a concern it was quickly addressed.

Great quarterly general service. No bugs ever get in my house. Special free inspections where thousands of dollars of fixes are recommended doesn’t work for me, however. I am able to distinguish between the two and will keep and recommend the general service.
