Terminix was willing to work with our family in lowering pricing and we have the best person to apply our service (Jeremy Hensley)!!! We will stay as long as we can afford it and the service continues to be the best!!! Both of us are retired and watching what we spend, this meant a lot to us that you worked with us.

I appreciate the thorough and effective way Terminix solved my rodent problem several years ago by their exclusion process. The regular services also are keeping any ant issues in check. Your service technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, especially Ben Retherford, who always notifies me of an upcoming visit.

My technician, Stephen Bissell, is excellent. He is the reason I stay with Terminix. I will consider another company if Stephen ever leaves or is reassigned.

First- investigator little puzzling. Although a very nice person, was going to leave after visiting just my basement until I started asking questions as to how this “ investigation” intersects with the person who applies the application. What is purpose of this investigation when it all came to light- another person trying to sell termite insurance.

Sara was super professional, explained everything to me, super knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with her work and for that to come I. 3 months.

Suggestion: better train investigator on what it is they are actually there for. And communicate this to the homeowner. And, your phone person needs to identify 2 people will be coming out, one for sales on terminites and the 3nd person o waited 4 hrs for, as the applicant. Once again, Sarah was wonderful.

No, I do not want to public share any of my review.
Better train Ethan for understanding “ why and “ what” is the purpose of this visit.
