As far as the Customer service and Billing, I would give a VERY VERY Low score, it's been YEARS since I have been trying to simplify my billing. I get a lot of promises for a call back
but SEVERAL agents have never responded back. It's very pathetic and to think we still are customers, is a conversation for another day. Whatever, I guess...
Our technician is Omar. He is very professional and quickly responds to any issues that occur. Terminex is probably not the cheapest pest control but worth it.

Trustworthy and reliable
The only reason Terminex gets a 10 is because of our technician John Proctor…does a great job and good communication. The first two technicians we had before John were creepy…also did not want to do what we requested…90 percent of reason we had hired Terminex.
Need to hire more people like John.
