Even though we get the occasional visitor during the quarter, I doubt any company can guarantee 100% effectiveness. Terminix always shows up, on time.

Really my high rating is not because of Terminex as they have offered BB contract to me which was grandfathered in that I paid yearly as insurance against BB and last year they discontinued it after I paid for the additional insurance contact for a just in case scenario for all those previous years. Other companies still offer it for a 10 dollar add on fee so I feel they did me a disservice, took my money and then discontinued it after I paid all those years and I would not personally recommend Terminex because they were bought by someone else fairly recently and some of these policies changed and they'd don't provide this add on service anymore and there are so many add on services. It always gave me peace of mind even though I never had an issue with BB. I am rating so high specifically because of my tech -my current tech hears me, is reliable and gives me the service that I have paid for- for over 40 years without a lot of headaches and that is the ONLY reason I stay with them.

Joshua my service technician is amazing and does such a good job. He shows up on time and is so professional and caring. He always goes above and beyond with a smile. I never have any bugs with Terminex and Joshua.
Andy is great. He lets us know when he is arriving and is courtesy and through. He advises us of any issues and handles them immediately. When we have needed him to handle a problem he is always there
