Terminix is a great company. As a whole, they listen to one's issues, then lay out in detail what solutions are available. They are simultaneously, extremely professional as well as friendly and helpful. TJ came to the house initially and was very informative and helpful. Ashley Rasmussen and Cody McMillan arrived at the time promised, then proceeded to do their job, outstandingly. They worked tirelessly, with virtually no breaks for over 11 hours. I could see that they took imense pride in doing a thorough job, as well as they admittedly declared how much they liked their job. (Kudos to the company for their part in this satisfaction). Then there is Rianna (sp?), the supervisor, who, when she learned that the job would be a long one, came to help at the end of her day. I cannot stress enough what an amazing job these professionals did, or what brilliant human beings they are. Another thanks to TJ, as he is as impressive as the rest of the team.

William Hamrick is an outstanding technician. He always offers advice to make the treatments he uses most effective. He goes the extra mile—miles, actually. This week, in order to eliminate the fleas in my house and accommodate my work schedule, he showed up at 7 am to do a treatment! Then he drove a half hour to the community where his other jobs for the day were. Mr. Hamrick is not only a great technician; he is a friend to our family.
Samuel Munoz (services ZIP Code 78023) provides our pest control. He is always professional and courteous.
