The technicians build a good relationship with the households they serve. So you get messages about upcoming treatment and they pay attention to information you give them about pests you may have seen around. Then after the treatment they follow up with notes on what they found and what they did about it. That's really important. Both technicians I've had from Terminix were very good about following up. And I have had the same technicians for a while, which is also very helpful.
