The ‘examiner’ and the technician were both on time, both knowledgeable, both courteous. They explained what they were going to do and why. I called Terminix because I have mice/squirrels/rats rumbling around in my foundation. So far, I am hopeful that they will soon be gone and not destroying my home anymore.

I have been a Terminix customer for many years. I wouldn't think of changing to another pest control company because I have been pleased with their customer service. Recently, I purchased the yearly pest control service, along with the annual termite service I have already. Within 24 hours upon purchasing the service, a pest control technician came to my home and sprayed the outside perimeter of my home for pests. I have problems with wasps swarming around the entrance to my home and making it difficult to go outside. The technician was aware of this, and he sprayed and knocked down nests to ensure the eradication of these wasps. He also sprayed ant beds around the outside of my home. He told me if I had any problems to let him know, and he would come back and spray to eliminate the nests. Terminix is the best company to deal with any pests you may have.
