The Terminix contractor who does the pest maintenance in our condo complex is wonderful. He is very conscientious about spraying every area around our foundations. He makes sure that we are not having any new issues that need to be dealt with. He’s always very friendly and makes sure that he’s not disrupting anyone while he sprays.
