I enjoy my services from Terminix because they keep everything consistent. The person that services my home has been the same since I started my contract with Terminix, the communication is great, I know when they're scheduled to come to my home, when they're about to arrive and when they're done taking care of the service. The experience has been great having Kline take care of our home.

My Terminex Technician is always friendly and happy to respond to any problems and if I do he is right on it. I’ve had Terminex for years and believe they are a good company to protect your home from insects.

I recommend them.

My tech and I will only give his first initial L. Is always on time, very courteous, listens to my concerns and implements a plan and explains what he is doing to address my pest problems. He always wears foot covering while in my house and I really appreciate that small but important detail. Now I understand every Terminex Technician is different, but I would hope all are like L in professionalism.
