I have used Terminix for about 30 years which should tell you how I like the service. Our technician Nathaniel Williams is awesome and would not want a different tech ever! Only beef I have is I don’t get notified until the day before about the service date and time. I have asked to get email notices to no avail.

He is one of First name removed most exceptional and kind young men that I have ever dealt with. His skills are excellent, his courtesy, his knowledge, and he is always attentive to what we are saying, and he always goes above and beyond when we need him, and makes sure that he has taken care of everything, and he always asks "can I help you with anything else" before he leaves, and then, First name removed last thing he says is "If you need anything, just let me know, have a good day". Now THAT is excellent customer skills!! Thank you Jeffrey for such great service!!

We love Juan Toro who comes to our house. He used to come to our old house and are so happy that he is also coming to our new house. He is very professional and friendly.
Cooper came highly recommended, and I can see why. I was a panicking wreck about the roach infestation in my kitchen (which I know now was a very itty bitty infestation by all metrics), and they not only scheduled an appointment ASAP, but reached out to me when there was a cancellation and sent a tech in sooner. Jason, who did the initial assessment, was very kind and very knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand while still covering all the cool science aspects of how the chemicals kill the roaches. Zeke and Mark did the initial treatment, and they were absolutely amazing. Not only were they very kind and very funny (they kept me laughing through the process and really put me at ease), but they answered more of my questions and gave me some preventative tips as well. Kyle did the two follow-up visits, and he was also amazingly kind and smart. He was very patient with my science nerd/chemistry questions about pest control that Google failed to answer. I would recommend Cooper to anyone and everyone with a pest problem. They're not only prompt and professional, but they're kind, and actually care about the people they're helping with their pest treatments. You guys are amazing!!
I like that I have had the same service tech for many years. He knows my property and where the critters hide. He takes special care as he knows that I am extremely allergic to wasps and always looks for nests. He takes care of the spiders and looks for other pests. I know that I can trust that he is always very thorough.
I do not make recommendations to friends or colleagues of any kind, except on a rare occasion for my part from next service is excellent. Hopefully this answered your question.

Ryan does a great job spraying for pest control at my house.
Mostly this has to do with my representative Maurice Davenport. He is the face of the company for me. Very polite, always answers all my questions, and gives me feedback on what I should be looking for to fend off any issues. Always pleasant and he makes your company look great. Great employees make a great company.

I like the guy who comes to my house to spray. I have never had any problems. Very friendly and professional. The only feedback I do have is the service does cost more then other pest control services in the area so I think that may be a reason someone may go with another company. I have used Terminix for so many years that I haven’t switched.
