The service crew was fast and efficient and they completed the job in very short order. They showed up right on time and were totally professional in their work. Upon completion, they showed me what they had done and asked if I had any questions or feedback about the work. All in all, I couldn't ask for a more satisfactory outcome.

The technicians that come out are wonderful, professional and knowledgeable. My only reason for scoring a 9 is with the appointment system. I ask for a morning appt, I get a confirmation that I will have a morning appt and then the day before I am notified it is an afternoon appt. On several occasions I have had to rejuggle schedules to accommodate. Having our pest control and termite bait traps checked is, as you can imagine, living in a rural area, a priority.

I would like that when I have a "confirmed" 8-12 am appointment that I can count on that.

Because my service tech Brian is the best! Always willing to help, very professional and friendly and customer oriented. He constantly goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied and is there whenever we need him

Chris, the new serviceman, made sure to ask what Jack, the last service person to do my pest control did when he serviced my property. He was very thorough. I had a few issues inside and he took care of that also.

Service is always great. Joel does a nice job. I have a 9 because of the fee. I see that it has jumped up, and is making me price out other places.

We have been Terminix customers for over a year. They have resolved every pest problem in an efficient manner. The Techs always are professional & courteous. When the arrive, they always ask if we have any new problems p. In short, Terminix is great at an affordable rate.
