Our Technician, Jalan Glover, was incredible and so thorough during our treatment. He was polite, well educated on the pests we were treating for and incredibly kind and understanding in a very difficult situation for my husband and I. He even allowed me to request for our furniture to be steamed even though no activity was found just to give an anxious customer some peace of mind.
Terminix is lucky to have Jalan!
