We have the best technician and if he ever left for any reason we would be devastated. We have used Terminix since around 1969 when my husband was assigned to Ft Gordon Georgia and we lived off post. Our man Charles Allan is thorough , prompt with notifications and because we are now elderly and have medical appointments he will work around our schedule if necessary. He is a an excellent representative for your company.
