Hatim has been my service technician since I relocated in 2011. He is always helpful, prompt, and friendly. I appreciate his consistency on the job!
My service tech Eric is amazing but when I make an appointment to have the inside of my house done twice a year, the appointment always gets messed up. I always make the appointment for a day that I could take takeoff from work and it is rescheduled for a different day. I have to call in a week in advance, sometimes two to make sure that the appointment is on point. So my lower rating is has nothing to do with my technician. It has something to do with your customer service or what happens after they make the appointment.
