As usual they come by, do a great job and leave per request. What I do miss is a quick text to tell me if they found anything or if it all looks good. I may or may not have made that request. When the same service technician does the servicing of a home on a regular basis, it can lead to a customer relationship of confidence and satisfaction that the technician understands what needs to be done during the service appointment and will address any issues that may have arisen since the last servicing. I am pleased with my "regular" service technician because he is very courteous and will happily accommodate any minor adjustments when the assigned appointment time (without my prior knowledge or consent) conflicts with my own schedule of having to be available for his entry for rodent removal if needed and unlocking of gate leading to the backyard for spraying.
We have been using Terminix for several years with great results. The Staff is always friendly and willing to help with any new issues that might happen between treatments.
