NO ONE WAS HOME THE FIRST TIME AND MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD JUST LEFT THIS TIME. I HAD WANTED HIM TO TREAT INSIDE THIS TIME BECAUSE IT HAS NOT BEEN TREATED FOR 3 INSPECTIONS. SO WHY WOULD I GIVE A STRONG RECCOMENDATION TO SOMEONE. CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND I MIGHT CHASNGE MY MIND.
