Generally I have been very happy but just this once I noticed a cylinder in my back yard near the steps to my house lying on top of the ground.
Otherwise, I feel they are doing a goos job.
My technician Daniel Chai is wonderful! He’s been servicing my house for pest control for the past ten years. That’s why I’ve kept this Terminix contract. He will text me days ahead to make sure the date is free. On the day, he will send another reminder. Daniel is trustworthy and he comes even when I’m not home, locks up the gates to the backyard. Very thorough, he even dust/sweeps the roof rafter to make sure there isn’t any spiders webs, bird nest, and dust before spraying the perimeter. Checks and refills the bait boxes. I would recommend him to all my neighbors and friends.
Raul Lechuga's terrific and as personable and professional as they come. Working w/ him helps keep my Terminix-loyal! Kudos to Raul!
