Arrive during time period I was given. Very professional.

Service people were very nice and polite. No false promises were made. We know we had bad pet stains on a hard to clean carpet in one room. We were told beforehand that a few of the the stains may not come out. This type of honesty is greatly appreciated. The three rooms all look great. Better than we expected. With the pretreatment prices the total cost almost tripled from the advertised price but it was worth it. We will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

Staff from phones to cleaner are very professional. I had an appointment later in the day. I called to see if I get have an earlier one since I have an infant that goes to sleep around that time. I was able to get an earlier appointment without any hassle.
